Here we are again, Patrick, with Home Buyers in North Carolina. Just want to let you know a little bit about us. One of the greatest things that I can tell you about our company is we are American owned and operated, founded by a retired army ranger himself. I’m fortunate I get to call that guy boss, and I guess he might say he’s fortunate that a weirdo like me works for him.
But nonetheless, we’re a home investment company based out of southeastern North Carolina. We’ve been doing this again for about 10 years, a little bit longer than that, actually. And what we specialize in is finding solutions. We understand that a lot of people are going to put that realtor sign in their front yard. And that’s a part of the country we live in, the world we live in. And what we specialize in is the harder circumstances. Now, we can do all circumstances, but we specialize in the more unique circumstances.
Maybe it’s an inherited property. Maybe it’s a property that won’t pass an inspection, and then therefore can’t be sold on the open market. Maybe you need help finding a mover. Maybe you need help figuring out what to do with all your antiques and collectibles.
We have relationships with all of these types of people, with the movers, with the antique collectors, with the law firms, with the banks. It’s just what we do. And we go to bed pretty simple at night, knowing that when we woke up that day, like every day, we work hard to help our clients like yourself find solutions to selling their property and moving on to the next phase of their life.
