Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We are different from real estate agents in that we do not list homes. We buy homes to repair and resell, or we keep them and rent them out. You will not have people coming in for showings like you would if your home was listed, and you will not have to wait for a qualified buyer — or pay us commissions.

Q:  Are you still interested in my home if it needs lots of repairs?
A:  Of course! In fact, we prefer homes that need repairs or updating.

Q:  What about if my home is move-in ready?
A:  Yep, we’d still love to buy it!

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Our offers depend on several variables: location of the home, repairs needed, and the overall condition of the property. This is why we will come out for a visit before making an offer.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: There are absolutely no fees when you sell your home to us. It’s simple. We will make an offer on your home, and if you do not agree with the offer, there are no fees for our visit. The same goes for if we do agree on a selling price. You do not owe us any commission or fee for buying your home.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
